SHIPPING & RETURNS
If purchasing from a Non-stocking Class 3 FFL Dealer, shipping of the purchased suppressor will occur when proof of the the Tax Stamp has been provided to Hushmaster. Once the Tax Stamp has been verified the purchased suppressor will be shipped via Standard or Expedited shipping as selected by the purchaser to the Class 3 FFL Firearms Dealer selected by the purchaser for pickup by the purchaser.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the Hushmaster suppressor requires service or repair, the owner of the suppressor should contact Hushmaster customer service at 800-376-1946 to determine next steps. If Hushmaster determines that service repair is needed, the owner will be instructed on how to return the suppressor so it can be serviced. If there is any defect in manufacturing or materials, the suppressor will be repaired at no charge to the owner.
